We have a quality control system that does not tolerate even one defective product in a million. Using high-precision measuring instruments, we are able to measure outer diameters with a resolution of 0.00001 mm, enabling us to meet ultra-high precision requirements. We are also equipped with a wide range of devices, including image measuring instruments, roundness testers, surface roughness testers, and hardness testers. Leveraging TNK’s unique know-how, we can perform various types of measurements and deliver reliable products to our customers.

Is heat treatment possible?: We have multiple vacuum furnaces, vacuum carburizing furnaces, continuous heat treatment furnaces, etc. in-house. We can select the appropriate heat treatment method according to the shape characteristics and heat treatment that meets the customer's needs. What are the features of TNK?: In order to handle all kinds of precision metal parts, we have the technology and equipment to handle all types of processing, including cutting, plastic processing, grinding, and heat treatment, and we produce them through integrated processing. We have particular strength in grinding, and with our unique technology and equipment, we have the capacity to mass-produce (several million pieces per month) world-class high-precision parts (0.1 µm precision).
Can you also make prototypes?: We help our customers from the concept, planning and development stages of their products. By helping from the product planning and development stage, we can also identify problems that may occur during mass production and propose improvements. Furthermore, we develop dedicated equipment for mass production, and have established a system that allows us to supply products of stable quality at lower prices. Our ability to cooperate from the planning stage through to the end of product life is one of our strengths.
