Executive DirectorKazuo SaitoSAITO KAZUO
Joined the company in 1982 and was in charge of grinding operations in the Technology Department.
In 1998, he honed his precision machining skills as a member of a special project, and in 2006 he worked on processing brittle and difficult-to-cut materials as the head of a special line, before becoming head of the technical department in 2015.
In 2018, he became Executive Officer in charge of the Technology Department, and in 2020, he became Executive Officer and Chief Technical Officer of the President's Office, and in 2023 he was appointed Director, a position he holds to this day.

He joined the company in 2000 and worked in the production technology department.
He has been involved in manufacturing method design since 2004 and in special-purpose machine development since 2008, and is involved in developing new manufacturing methods for sealing parts.
In 2015, he was in charge of a major Tier 1 company in the sales department, then in 2022 he became the sales manager, and in 2023 he became the sales manager and technology manager. In 2024, he was appointed executive officer and head of production (in charge of the technology, manufacturing, and quality control departments), a position he holds to this day.
He joined the company in 2000 and worked in the production technology department.

Executive OfficerAtsushi ShimadaSHIMADA ATSUSHIGeneral Manager of Sales and Administration Headquarters, General Manager of Corporate Planning Department, Chairman of Fuzhou Sanwa Precision Axis Co., Ltd.
He worked for the Japan Small and Medium Enterprise Corporation (currently the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan) and the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center, providing management support to small and medium-sized enterprises and venture companies. He then served as Director of the President's Office at Lips Co., Ltd. (currently Lips Hair Co., Ltd.), Deputy Director of the Corporate Planning Department and Director of the Financial Planning Department at Homenet Co., Ltd. (a real estate tech subsidiary of property technologies Co., Ltd.), before joining our company in 2021. He served as Director of the Administration Department in 2021 and Director of the President's Office (concurrent) in 2022, and was appointed Chairman of the Chinese subsidiary (current position) and Executive Officer in 2023. Since 2024, he has served as Director of the Sales and Administration Division (in charge of the Sales and Administration Departments) and Director of the Corporate Planning Department, a position he holds to the present day. He is a certified small and medium-sized enterprise management consultant.
