In 2014, he became a director, in 2017 he became a senior managing director, and in 2018 he became president and representative director, a position he holds to this day.

Our company was founded in 1946 and has contributed to the development of various industries as a manufacturer of ultra-precision machined parts. We are particularly proud to be a world-class manufacturer of precision shafts.
In Japan, we have established an integrated in-house system for grinding, plasticity, cutting, and heat treatment, and are working to develop and strengthen the industry's highest level of technology and equipment in each processing field, while overseas, we have built a stable production system by expanding production at our Chinese factory and improving our management standards. These have been highly evaluated by our customers, and we currently receive work from world-renowned major companies in a variety of industries, including not only the automotive industry, but also information and communications, healthcare, and robotics.
We believe that the reason we have been able to achieve this level of corporate growth is because we have always placed great importance on our sincere commitment to solving our customers' problems and have continued to do our utmost to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

Joined the company in 1982 and was in charge of grinding operations in the Technology Department.
In 1998, he honed his precision machining skills as a member of a special project, and in 2006 he worked on processing brittle and difficult-to-cut materials as the head of a special line, before becoming head of the technical department in 2015.
In 2018, he became Executive Officer in charge of the Technology Department, and in 2020, he became Executive Officer and Chief Technical Officer of the President's Office, and in 2023 he was appointed Director, a position he holds to this day.

In 2015, he was in charge of a major Tier 1 company in the sales department, then in 2022 he became the sales manager, and in 2023 he became the sales manager and technology manager. In 2024, he was appointed executive officer and head of production (in charge of the technology, manufacturing, and quality control departments), a position he holds to this day.

He then served as Director of the President's Office at Lips Co., Ltd. (currently Lips Hair Co., Ltd.), Deputy Director of the Corporate Planning Department and Director of the Financial Planning Department at Homenet Co., Ltd. (a real estate tech subsidiary of property technologies Co., Ltd.), before joining our company in 2021. He served as Director of the Administration Department in 2021 and Director of the President's Office (concurrent) in 2022, and was appointed Chairman of the Chinese subsidiary (current position) and Executive Officer in 2023. Since 2024, he has served as Director of the Sales and Administration Division (in charge of the Sales and Administration Departments) and Director of the Corporate Planning Department, a position he holds to the present day. He is a certified small and medium-sized enterprise management consultant.
