This is a set product consisting of a metal screw and a plastic nut.
By designing and manufacturing each part in-house, we achieve highly accurate matching technology that enables ultra-smooth sliding with minimal backlash of just 2µm, along with excellent durability. This combination results in a quieter, more durable, and compact unit.

2.High-precision rollers and needles

These components are used in reducers and linear motion mechanisms
To achieve smooth motion without waviness, outer diameter tolerances often need to be in the sub-micron range—such as XNUMX/XNUMX of a millimeter.

Rollers and needles are generally offered in multiple ranks, but with TNK’s advanced grinding technology, we produce components to precise specifications, removing the need for classification and minimizing unnecessary stock for our customer.

This shaft enhances the performance of linear reciprocating mechanisms by improving motion accuracy and stability.
Shaft end faces can be customized as F-face, R-face, or T-face, and are also available with holes, stepped profiles, and other specialized geometries.

TNK accommodates customer requests for a wide range of materials, including stainless steel, composite materials, and resin.
