1. Microfabrication technology

Medical components often require ultra-fine, high-precision machining to access minute areas within the human body.
Upon request, TNK offers taper processing, pointed machining for small-diameter parts, and micro-hole drilling with a minimum diameter of φ0.04 including diagonal, though, and blind holes.(diagonal holes, through holes, blind holes, etc.) are possible.
TNK offers a wide range of microfabrication solutions tailored to your specific applications and requirements.
2. Assembly and welding technology

TNK has introduced a fiber laser welding machine to enable high-precision welding of miniature components.
TNK's advanced fabrication capabilities enable the production of elongated parts, non-standard profiles, and intricate shapes that exceed the limitations of conventional integrated processing systems.
This can be achieved by combining multiple components through micro welding.
3.TNK sliding screw

This is a set product consisting of a metal screw and a plastic nut.
Screw sizes starting from φ0.55 mm are available, contributing to the miniaturization of units.
In addition, TNK's unique molding technology allowsAchieves minimal backlash of 2 µm or less, smooth sliding performance, and high durability through the use of specialized materials.This contributes to delivering precise control, silent performance, and long-lasting reliability for your unit.
TNK's products are widely used in actuators for precise robot control, joint units, and pumps requiring accurate flow rate adjustment.
4. Environment

TNK has installed a Class III clean room for medical applications, enabling processing and assembly operations that require strict cleanliness control.
We have also acquired ISO13485* certification, a medical device quality management standard, and have created a perfect environment to meet the demands of medical-related parts processing.
