TNK (Sanwa Needle Bearing Co., Ltd.) has a prototype department within its technical department, with a total of more than 20 engineers. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, we will carefully listen to your requests and then propose the appropriate materials and construction methods to suit your application.

We can assist you from development to mass production. We can handle small lot prototypes, starting from just one unit.

We consult with you about materials and shapes, and provide total support from prototyping to mass production, aiming to create products that satisfy our customers.

Flexible production system

At TNK, we have established a flexible production system by carrying out integrated production in our own factories, just like with mass-produced products.We can also flexibly and quickly respond to changes in prototype specifications.

In order to meet customer requests, we have a wide range of processing equipment, including equipment developed in-house, so we can assist with processing and inspection to resolve problems.We can carry out processes from material procurement to processing and inspection with an eye toward mass production.

We will cooperate and contribute to all prototyping, from development prototyping to mass production.

Flow from inquiry to prototype

1. Meetings and requests

Please contact us regarding materials, shapes, quantities, etc. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with drawings and shapes when you contact us. TNK has a track record of prototyping in a variety of industries and shapes, and will propose product shapes and materials in the process design.

2.Drawing creation

Based on the content we propose in step 1, the customer will decide on the drawings (specifications). If there are any concerns or additional questions you would like to discuss before making a decision, we will come back to step 1 and discuss the details. In prototyping, steps 1 and 2 are important.

We will continue to provide support until you are satisfied and can create the drawings.

3. Order

Please place your order based on the finalized drawing. Please consult with us regarding delivery dates.

4~5. Product processing, inspection and delivery

Based on the drawings you provide, we will procure materials, process the product, and conduct inspections.

TNK is equipped with a wide range of machinery and maintains a fully integrated production system. High-precision machining is inherently challenging—but so is inspection. At TNK, we possess not only advanced processing technologies, but also the inspection know-how required to ensure consistent precision. This allows us to deliver highly accurate products you can trust.

We will ship your order as quickly as possible to avoid any delays.

6. Evaluation

You can evaluate products and assemblies based on the products delivered by TNK.

We would appreciate it if you could provide feedback on your evaluation to TNK. We will propose dimensions and processing the next time you place an order. If there are no problems, please contact us regarding the quantity and conditions of mass production.
