- What are the features of TNK?
- To accommodate a wide range of precision metal parts, we have the technology and equipment to perform various processes—including cutting, plastic forming, grinding, and heat treatment—all within an integrated production system.
We have particular strength in grinding, and with our proprietary technology and equipment, we have the capacity to mass-produce world-class, high-precision parts—with 0.1 µm accuracy—at a scale of several million pieces per month. - Is heat treatment possible?
- We have multiple in-house heat treatment facilities, including vacuum furnaces, vacuum carburizing furnaces, and continuous heat treatment furnaces. The most suitable heat treatment method can be selected based on the shape and characteristics of the part, as well as your specific requirements. In addition to hardening, we also offer carburizing, carbonitriding, and aging treatments. Please also take a look at our proprietary "SVC treatment," which provides both non-magnetic properties and high hardness.
- Can I still order from a remote location?
- We serve the whole country, including overseas.
- Can you also make prototypes?
- We support our customers from the conception, planning and development stages of their products.
Furthermore, by providing support from the product planning and development stage, we are able to identify potential issues early on and propose improvements before mass production begins.
For the mass production phase, we have developed specialized equipment and established a system that enables us to deliver products with stable quality at lower cost. One of our key strengths is our ability to provide support from the planning stage through to the end of the product lifecycle.
